REFUND & RETURN POLICY

 

At Velwis, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.


1. ELIGIBLE RETURNS

We only accept returns or refunds under the following conditions:

  • The product received is defective or damaged

  • Wrong size product delivered

  • Product has a manufacturing issue


2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Returns or refunds will NOT be accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Color preference issues

  • Minor thread variations

  • Products damaged after use

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Incorrect size selected by customer while ordering


3. RETURN REQUEST TIME

Customers must request a return within:

48 hours of delivery

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.


4. RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for return:

  • Product must be unused

  • Original tags must be attached

  • Product should be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase/order ID is required


5. REFUND PROCESS

Once the returned product is inspected and approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be sent to original payment method or bank account


6. SIZE EXCHANGE

Size exchanges are only available if:

  • Requested within 48 hours

  • Requested size is in stock

Customers may be required to pay reverse shipping charges for size exchange requests.


7. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with:

  • Order number

  • Product photos/videos

  • Unboxing video (if available)

8. CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
